As I said on the previous version: I wouldn't imagine he looks too pretty in terms of being cleaned up. Plus seizures and generally not being well = looking sick.

I think I mentioned that the face was my favorite part, because it seemed perfect for his character. (I like that you present him as not being well, because presenting him as an emo-pretty boy wouldn't have the same impact.) Again, I like your style of coloring--digital painting that is a little on the messy side, but still very cohesive and definite. Plus, of the people who've drawn him, you're the first one to solidly stick to the description. I applaud you for that, too.
